Geo Genesis Group Limited, an advisory and investment company focussed on China
and other emerging markets, announces that as of 15 June 2010, Mr. Albert
O'Neil Grant II has stepped down from his role as non-executive Director.
 
Mr. O'Neil Grant II will remain Secretary of Geo Genesis Group, Inc., Geo
Genesis' Delaware based subsidiary and also legal adviser to Geo Genesis Group
Ltd. The Board would like to thank Mr. Albert O'Neil Grant II for his tenure as
non-executive Director and look forward to a continuing working relationship.
