Geo Genesis Group Limited - an advisory and investment company focussed on
China and other emerging markets - held its 2010 Annual General Meeting
yesterday at which Resolutions numbered 1 through 9, as set out in the circular
to shareholders dated 7 April 2010, were duly passed.  Resolutions 10 and 11
were withdrawn from the meeting and, accordingly, no votes were considered in
respect of those Resolutions.
