Geo Genesis Group Limited, an advisory and investment company focussed on China
and other emerging markets, was notified yesterday that Philip Roger Howard
Connor III, a Director of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of
US$0.0001 each in the Company for a price per share of 15 pence on 14 April
2010.
 
The issued share capital of the Company is 64,680,692 Ordinary Shares. The
total Directors shareholdings now stand at 25,537,500 Ordinary Shares
representing 39.48% of the issued share capital.
