Geo Genesis Group Limited (`Geo Genesis' or `the Group')
Delay in announcing Final Results
Geo Genesis Group Limited, an advisory and investment company focussed on China
and other emerging markets, announces that the Board is unable to release the
Group's results for the year ending 30 September 2009 due to delays in the
preparation of accounts, in part resulting from the Chinese New Year holiday
period.
The Directors are working closely with the Group's auditors to complete the
accounts as quickly as possible. The Group will announce the results as soon as
is practicable, but no later than the end of March.
The Directors of the Group are responsible for the contents of this
announcement.
