Geo Genesis Group Limited (`Geo Genesis', `the Group' or `GGG')
Statement re Warrants and Options
The Board of Geo Genesis Group Limited, an emerging markets advisory and investment company, on October 29, 2009 resolved that A Class warrants with an expiration date of January 9, 2010 at 50p be extended to January 9, 2013 and GGG B Warrants with an expiration date of January 9, 2011 at 70p be extended to January 9, 2013. Both the A Class and B Class warrants are listed on PLUS Quoted.
The Board resolved to extend the options issued under the Company Share Option Plan, with an expiration date of January 9, 2011, to current employees, associates in good standing with the Company and those options allotted but not yet issued, to January 9, 2013. Additionally, the Board resolved to extend the options granted to Orange Corporate Finance Ltd as part of the Admission Agreement from April 8, 2011 to April 8, 2012.
The Board further resolved to extend the warrants issued, as previously announced on April 17, 2009, to Orange Corporate Finance and Mr. Ian Davidson to March 31, 2013 and Ms. Joelle Mekers to February 24th 2013.
None of the exercise prices of the above mentioned instruments have been amended.
