Strategic Alliance with United Intelligence
Geo Genesis Group Limited, an advisory and investment company focussed on China
and other emerging markets, has entered into a strategic alliance with United
Intelligence (`United'), a Beijing based company specialising in the provision
of business development and management consultancy services. Under the terms of
the agreement, Geo Genesis and United will facilitate the cross referral of
prospective clients and engage in complementary business consultancy services
that are deemed mutually beneficial by both parties. In particular, Geo Genesis
will look to provide advisory services to referred Chinese companies seeking
overseas investment and listings.
United, a privately owned entity with 600 employees, possesses a database of
over 20,000 mostly private Chinese companies. United's range of services
includes the supply of Financing Information, Management Consultancy,
Management Training, ISO accreditation and other services including the
provision of introduction of potential new sources of capital to clients.
The initial introduction between Geo Genesis and United was facilitated by
Beijing Luckystar Economic & Technical Exchange Co. Ltd, a private consulting
firm with which Geo Genesis signed a revenue sharing strategic relationship in
February 2009.
Geo Genesis Chief Executive Officer Roger Bendelac said, "This agreement is
demonstrative of our integration into the Chinese marketplace and our ability
to work alongside Chinese advisory companies to generate business leads. We
look forward to working closely with United and assisting referred clients with
our specialist insight into the generation of foreign investment."
