Geo Genesis Group Limited, an emerging markets advisory and investment company,
was notified yesterday that Philip Roger Howard Connor III, a director of the
Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of US$0.0001 each in the Company for a
price per share of 33 pence on 23rd April 2009.
Mr Connor, together with his related parties, now holds 7,837,000 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 11.51% of total voting rights of the
Company.
