Nominated Adviser and Broker retained for China Partners Private Equity Ltd

Geo Genesis, an emerging markets advisory and investment company, announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Partners Private Equity Ltd. ("CPPE"), an investment company incorporated in Bermuda, has engaged the services of a Nominated Adviser and Broker to assist in the proposed placing of up to US$100 million and admission of CPPE's enlarged share capital to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc.

CPPE was set up to focus on pre-IPO investment opportunities in growth companies based in China that qualify for international listings as well as those that choose to qualify for domestic listings on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.

The investments of CPPE will be managed by Geo Genesis's wholly owned management company, China Partners Capital Management Ltd., pursuant to a management agreement structured on a 2 per cent. asset management fee and a 20 per cent. profit sharing basis.
