Correction for the announcement made on 22.09.09. The date of which Philip Roger Howard Connor III purchased shares was 19 September 2008 rather than 19 July 2008. The full amended announcement is below.

Geo Genesis Group Limited, an emerging markets advisory and investment company, was notified today that Philip Roger Howard Connor III, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000 common shares of US$0.0001 each in the Company for a price per share of 30 pence on 19 September 2008.

The Directors of the Company, together with their related parties, now hold a 36.54% interest in the Company.
