Geo Genesis Group Limited, an emerging markets advisory and investment company, was notified yesterday that Philip Roger Howard Connor III, a director of the Company, purchased 2,000 common shares of US$0.0001 each in the Company for a price per share of 25 pence on 25 September 2008.

Mr Connor, together with his related parties, now hold 7,827,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 11.56% of total voting rights in the Company.
