Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Arbel Capital Group Ltd.

Geo Genesis Group Limited (PLUS: GEOP), an emerging markets advisory and investment company, has expanded its global advisory reach following the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with Arbel Capital Group Ltd (`ACG'), to provide corporate advisory and capital raising services to growth companies primarily in the agricultural and technology sectors. With ACG's focus on the Middle East, Africa and Europe, this agreement increases both parties' international reach, compliments GGG's Chinese and US focussed activities and should enable both parties to benefit from cross emerging market investment and trade.

ACG, incorporated in Israel, specialises in providing a wide range of financial and advisory services for emerging growth, technology-based companies, primarily from Israel, to assist them in achieving their international expansion potential with a focus on the Middle East, Africa and Europe. GGG, whose expertise is focussed mainly on advising Chinese companies, believes that the agreement has the potential to assist the development of strong strategic relationships that will complement and diversify GGG's geographic reach.

GGG and ACG have agreed to cooperate on a biofuel transaction that brings energy extraction technology to Ethiopia, where both parties will contribute expertise in their individual markets and cooperate on project finance. Further information on this deal will be provided once the due diligence and relevant funding is concluded.
