To Gain quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board in the United States

Geo Genesis Group Limited (PLUS: GEOP), an emerging markets advisory and investment company, is pleased to announce that it has filed a registration statement on Form 20-F with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The filing remains subject to review and comments by the SEC. Once the Form 20-F becomes effective, the Company will commence filing reports required under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Upon approval of the Form 20-F, the Company intends to work with a market maker to file a Form 211 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on its behalf. The Form 211 will be subject to review and comment by FINRA. Upon approval of the Form 211 by FINRA, the Company's securities will be eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board in the United States. The Company will update the market in due course.
