Joëlle Mekers (Executive Vice President)
 Ms. Mekers has more than 20 years’ corporate finance experience, chiefly in the project and structured finance area, including considerable advisory work in the media & telecommunications sector. Based in New York for the past three years, she has provided support to major clients, resulting in numerous high-profile deals across various sectors, such as infrastructure, utilities and mining.  Prior to joining Geo Genesis Group, Ms. Mekers worked for Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she was Head of Loan Markets Americas. Based in Asia for 10 years, Ms. Mekers was Head of the Asia Pacific Media & Telecom Group at Bank of America in Hong Kong, and Vice President in the Global Project Finance & Advisory Group of Chase Manhattan Bank in Singapore.

Philippe Allain (Senior Managing Director)
 Mr. Allain has extensive sales and trading experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining GGG, he was with Newedge, USA LLC for 3.5 years and was part of the Institutional Sales and Derivatives Trading Group. In his role as Head of Risk Arbitrage Desk, he assisted in offering Newedge’s clients direct market access and specialized execution services for listed and OTC equity and equity option products including equity swaps and options, variance swaps, ETFs and CFDs. Mr. Allain also held senior positions at Maxim Group, Louis Capital Markets, and Natixis. He also has investment banking experience which includes a stint at Banque Paribas’ Asia-Pacific Media and Telecommunications Finance Group.

Jan Pannemann (Advisor - China)
 Five years’ experience in the UK, Germany and Holland as a project manager and business analyst for small and medium-sized enterprises based in Germany and Eastern Europe, Mr. Pannemann’s clients during this time included KUG Umwelttechnik and UDG Maastricht Eastern Europe Division. In 2005, he co-founded China Partners Investment and has been based in Qingdao, China since then. He is also a Director of Changda International, a China-based, US-listed specialty chemicals manufacturer.

Zizhong Xu (Senior Consultant Beijing)
 Mr. Xu is co-founder and General Manager of Beijing Kaihua Air Service Co. Ltd and is founder and General Manager of Beijing Lucky Star International Economic and Technological Exchange Co. Ltd (Beijing Lucky Star). Mr. Xu started his career in the tourism industry in 1991 at China Youth Travel Service (CYTS), a public listed company and a top three travel group in China. He established his own air ticketing business, Beijing Kaihua Air Service Co. Ltd, three years later, winning numerous awards as best sales agent for major international and domestic airlines. He also started providing international tour operating services to his ticketing clients, who are mainly governmental officials, industry associations, and business enterprises and established Beijing Lucky Star. By 2008, his company was coordinating overseas visits for more than 200 delegations annually, mainly government officials travelling together with companies.

Zhiqiang Lin (Senior Consultant Beijing)
 Mr. Lin is Vice General Manager for International Development at Beijing Lucky Star International Economic and Technological Exchange Co. Ltd. In the early 1990s, Mr. Lin joined China Comfort Travel (CCT), one of the major tour operators, and also worked as coordinator for a number of congresses organized by the China International Science and Technology Conference Center under the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST). While studying for a Master of Business Administration in Finland, Mr. Lin worked as project manager for FINPRO, a global export network established by Finnish companies, and his role was to liaise with Chinese businesses.

Yiqiu Li (China Executive – Dalian)
 Successful independent entrepreneur involved in property development, shipping and acquisitions, development and sale of resource mining properties, especially gold mining properties in China, Mrs Li is a member of GGG’s advisory board and has established an office for GGG in Dalian to cover Liaoning Province and the Northeast region.

Steven Liu (Advisor - Qingdao)
 Joined London Asia Capital, an AIM-listed China centric investment company in 2004, after completing his studies at Lancaster University (UK) with a degree in financial accounting.  In 2005, he co-founded China Partners Investment.  He is a member of the local district committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Committee. Mr Liu is the legal representative of Qingdao China Partners Investment Advisory Ltd., a Chinese registered company.
